Rational Emotive Behavioural Coaching
Back To DashboardWelcome to Module 11 of Coach School – Rational Emotive Behavioural Coaching
Rational Emotive Behavioural Coaching follows on as an extension of Cognitive Behaviour Coaching and further explains the relationship between practical problems, and emotional problems.
REBC describes practical problems as first order problems, and a second order of problems are created by the emotional suffering caused by the practical problems.
REBC offers a useful reframe for clients who are blocked by unnecessary emotional suffering.
